All of our items are
printed to order. Due to this fulfillment method, we are unable to refund
orders or accept returns or exchanges. Please check the sizing carefully when
ordering clothing. Our clothing is available in a variety of fits and styles
produced by different companies, and therefore sizing may vary from one item of
clothing to another.
Orders cannot be
cancelled, changed, or refunded for any reason once they are in progress.
We use a variety of printers to fulfill our orders. An order of multiple items may arrive in separate packages and on different days. For each order, our companies require 2-4 days of production before items can be shipped. During busy times of the year, production may take longer. Our test orders have found that orders within the USA can be expected to arrive 5-14 business days after ordering. International orders may take longer. Please account for the production time if your order is needed by a certain date. Pomegranates Occult Gear is unable to speed the processing and shipping of any order.
